How can a property management company do business and consider themselves reputable when you can't even get a call, text, or email response when you've contacted them 7 times! They don't answer their phones, return emails or call back when you have clearly tried to reach them. We were looking at renting a property they listed (6 hours after it was posted), and found it impossible to even get information. I wish I could leave zero stars. This is the worst rental company. The people that left 5 stars had nothing to say about it probably because they work for them. I lived in one of their apartments for almost two years and they are terribly unorganized. I was supposed to have Nancy come look at the apartment at a certain time (while on my lunch break) so I could have two girls move in.
