How can a property management company do business and consider themselves reputable when you can't even get a call, text, or email response when you've contacted them 7 times! They don't answer their phones, return emails or call back when you have clearly tried to reach them. We were looking at renting a property they listed (6 hours after it was posted), and found it impossible to even get information. I wish I could leave zero stars. This is the worst rental company. The people that left 5 stars had nothing to say about it probably because they work for them. I lived in one of their apartments for almost two years and they are terribly unorganized. I was supposed to have Nancy come look at the apartment at a certain time (while on my lunch break) so I could have two girls move in. She was 30 minutes late to the appointment and told me all they care about is it the bathrooms were ok. Then they started blaming us for things... read more
