Great service at Honda Maintenance. My service advisor, Thomas Cacace, explained each service that was necessary for my 2019 Pilot. The prices are fair and I was able to wait for the car in their clean and comfortable waiting area. Coffee is free. I have been going to their service department for over 20 years now. They treat you like family.
I brought my Honda HRV in for service. My service advisor was William Tuorto. He was very helpful and took care of all my concerns. He was awesome!! I totally recommend you asking for him to help you.
I got a letter in the mail from Honda SI, I usually throw them away, for some reason i called for an appointment. I was presently surprised to find a very welcoming staf especially Vlad. They helped my thru the process of turning in my current lease and got me in to a upgraded model pilot. The transition was quick and easy. I'm very happy with SI Honda.
