They are awful for property management (rentals). They don't complete work promised before you move in, then it takes months of unreturned phone calls and emails. They schedule an appointment to come by and never show for days or weeks on end. If you are considering renting from them, DON'T! If you are considering letting them manage your rental, DON'T!
