My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Carla. Very knowledgeable and professional, but yet there anytime we had a question. She made things super easy and has a lot of knowledge on things in the area that helps out of staters like us feel more at ease.

I rented a duplex through them for just under 3 years. During my time there I never once had a smoke detector. When I moved I later received a bill in the mail charging me to install a smoke detector. This is just one of the very many things that they scammed me for. They will scam you out of your money every chance they can get. I also was charged $500 to repair the linoleum kitchen floor that I did not damage.
