I can't remember how we found Chari and Warren, but we quickly identified them as good peeps, and great agents. We have done four transactions through them, some big, some tiny, each seamless. Its nice to have someone that you can make one call, and they are on it - done. Never know when we'll move again, but when we do, this is who we'll call.
Failed to adequately disclose a suicide in the home, and disserved her own client by failing to include terms to be rejected in a counter offer. We canceled the transaction before it came to negotiating repair items, but were informed that despite the fact we offered asking price, the request for repairs would be flat out rejected. I wouldn't use Chari Bullock to represent me from either side of a purchase transaction.
