They buy up entire neighborhoods, inflating home values to the point no one can buy. Then they let properties rot, only repairing the bare minimum.
We just moved from Jacksonville to Denver and had a slight hiccup with our home on move in day. Sarah in property management for our neighborhood listened and understood the severity of the situation. Our concern was escalated and handled quickly. She kept us posted every step of the way. During such a stressful time, Sarah proved that we are in great hands. Thank you!!
If I can give this rental property negative stars I would! My property manager is horrible and lacks communication. Unless you’re emailing her to tell her you’re moving out. Because finding a new tenant is easier than helping out the tenants you already have.
This company only cares about one thing money. They hired a shotty landscaping company because they were the cheapest that cause leaking water for months. Now expect me to pay the overcharge of water bills. Even the water company acknowledged there must be a leak due to the charges. Now, say MAYBE they can dispute, but it will take several weeks! If there was an option to give this company negative stars, they would have the most. Beware to all renters - avoid renting from this company! After dealing with them for 2 years, it was nothing but headaches. Their maintenance department is horrible; anytime there was an issue they would send vendor after vendor to quote the work; EVERY vendor said they are a terrible company to work with and don’t even want to pay the contractors for their work and instead try to pay them less than the invoice amount.
