Deceptive business practices by Mr. Robin Scully, the leasing coordinator. The house we applied to was on the market for a month and seemed to have no traction. Yet, within hours of sending American Homes 4 Rent our $100 application fees AND proof of renters insurance for the new house, someone else mysteriously swoops in to beat us to it. We were never told that they had received another application and that it was pending, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW.
