I have been a resident with American homes for rent since 2019. I have had no issues at all until about six month ago I reached out to Maintanance and submits work order request for our back yard. The grass was dead since we moved in and all we were left is sand box. Submitted about 4 requests, maybe more to fix the situation because , it was horrible and a big mess.
