This company buys foreclosed houses, rents them out for top dollar, puts zero money into repairs and sells them off after making a butt load of our hard earned money. Takes advantage of our vulnerability and tough times, too the point of ignoring important safety repairs. We've repeatedly asked to have our deck fixed. After 4 "repairs" the rusty nails are still exposed, the floor boards still pop up on one end and the stairs are so rotted, my feet have fallen in twice.
