2 stars only because every time look up the phone number online it gives me a different number. Not to mention the phone number for my closest location has been disconnected. I then call the next closest location and they give me the disconnected number to call. When I do finally get in touch with someone they are always very nice and they always figure out my problem within minutes.Trying to find the phone number takes longer than it does for them to fix my problem or get equipment sent to my location.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a person at this location. The number takes you to a call center who promises a return call, but they never call back. It’s literally been months of trying to reach someone. I’ve emailed, called, left messages. The office moved so I can’t just stop by like I have in the past. Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t bother.
Terrible customer service. I've waited 2 weeks to have them call me back to set up home delivery of CPAT machine supplies shipped to my house. Would not recommend at all!!!
