My husband had an INR machine and we returned it. Never got a bill for almost a year. Got a call yesterday they sent a 6.96 bill to collections. Try sending bill to patient to pay first!!!!!!
Call about my Mom’s oxygen machine and they were there within 2 hours. Exchanged it with new one, plus got extra hoses. Very nice people to deal with.
