Roland the technician was very kind knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to adress my father's fears and answer all of our questions. He made us feel special and cared for. 2/28/2026 Once again Roland was there for my family. He came and fixed an oxygen generator problem on Saturday rather than make us wait until Monday. I am eternally grateful for his kindness and care!
Our experience has been top notch! We were met at the hospital with an O2 canister for home until they could set everything up! Roland met us at the house and had all of our supplies. He is knowledgeable about all the products and a great teacher! He answered all of our questions and helped us feel more at ease. Awful, awful awful!!!! Terrible service, they have rude ,obnoxious, weird and dishonest employees, it really seems, also bad phone rep service many times. I am not kidding you!! I had to file complaints, and a report about them!!!! They don't seem to care either how they treat you!!!! Don't use this company anymore or ever if you don't absolutely have to!!! American Home Patient set me up the same day i came home from the hospital, I met the service representative Roland, he thoroughly explained all the connections, operation and needs for the oxygen machine, supplied everything i would need for in home, going out with support tanks, and a tank for power failure, i knew everything i needed by the time he was finished, He took his time even through my confused state to make sure i understood everything, I have to tell everyone how much i appreciated his time and set up, thank yo... read more
