The hastings ne office has gone above and beyond for my mom's bipap machine. I've dealt with a few people there (which have all been great) but the most recent being Connie and she helped our family beyond belief. I won't go into great deal. But I highly recommend bc of how much they helped us get a replacement unit. It was the best news I've had for a couple months. Thank you Connie and ahp!!
My husband went to American Homepatient in Hastings to get some supplies for a CPAP machine. Brandi helped him. She went above and beyond to make sure that he had what he needed. She was great! We really appreciate the help that she gave us and her kindness. We would highly recommend American Homepatient and Brandi!
This organization goes "above and beyond the call of duty" to make sure you have what you need. Great service from the local office.
Good service in hastings. But there billing dept just wants yo keep charging me even after I talked with megan and she stated in May that it was my last payment. Thinking bbb mite be able to help.
