I can't get a call back. Seemingly only one person handles this and doesn't own a phone. I have left voicemails and messages with someone to give to her to call me and I can't get a response . I HAVE MY OWN MACHINES and just want to know if they are maybe the ones I need. Yes there is a shortage of machines but a response could get me started on treatment so I can recover from Covid.

I was traveling in the area and accidentally left a critical piece of my CPAP behind. The wonderful folks here helped me with an immediate replacement. Incredibly helpful!
I would give zero stars if i could. I have never dealt with a worse company on billing. I got a nebulizer in june of 16 i never received a bill until march of 2017. They tried back billing me for all those months, now it is 2018 and im still dealing with their incompetence! I worked in medical billing and i know how it works, these are the most dishonest company i have EVER dealt with.
