I want to thank Mr. Torrion for going above and beyond to help me understand the equipment he brought to me and listening to me for being so upset about being on oxygen at a young age. I'm a new patient but I felt like family once I meet with Mr. Torrion. He needs to be recognized for being such a caring man that he is and a good listener.
