It was such a pleasure to have Rudy deliver my Dad's new rolling walker. He called before he came to let me know he was bringing choices because of my father's height. He arrived on time with the perfect unit. He demonstrated the features and made sure Dad could maneuver indoors with it. He was courteous, patient and a really nice person. He appears to really care about his patients.
A+++ experience with our delivery man. Mr.Rudy Castillo was very informative and such a nice guy. Thank you for helping me get adjusted to my electric wheelchair.
Rudy came out with oxygen supplies and set everything up and taught me how to use what I needed. He is very friendly and informative.
