I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be documented. American Home Patient in Conroe has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional DME providers I’ve ever dealt with. We have been trying to get oxygen supplies for my daughter since February, despite both her pulmonologist and primary care provider submitting all required documentation. Absolutely no problem with their equipment or company interaction. Less stars as they were hours late in the initial delivery and then took two months to pick it all up - despite numerous telephone calls.

I have struggled to get supplies more than once. The phone number puts me into a cue where I just get transferred from one person to the next all having something different to say abt how to get supplies. Im considering finding a different supplier because I have had the same nasal pillow since April and its affecting my sinuses & yes I was it 2x a week. Its just old and worn out & the company does not seem to care

I recently had a sleep study done and was prescribed a CPAP machine. Instead of the Dr office sending the a prescription to a DME on their list. I obtained the prescription and shopped around. Although I have good insurance i still had questions about the overall cost and I wanted a local vendor. Many DMEs were listed in my area but had. 800 number to some dump truck county some where.
