i find it hard to believe a lot of the other reviews, I have been a patient for many years as CPAP user. In the beginning they were good and if all you need is an reorder that is automated. If you need actual help from a person good luck. I am due for a new machine and scheduled to be on travel for 6 weeks. I scheduled sleep study and follow up doctors visit to get required paperwork to them prior to leaving. Called and called until i got a person and gave advice notice my need. Great customer service
After 5 years I was able to get a new Cpap machine. The replacement went without a hitch. New Cpap machine works well and I am very satisfied. I will continue using American Home Patient as my service and supplies.
