I would prefer to order from the web than using my phone. It seems the two are not in sync. Other than that, I have no complaints!
I deducted a star because since reorganizing, the ordering process has become problematic. They're inflexible with delivery days, cut the hours during which one can place an order & it's not always correct. As far as the local staff, they're fantastic! Always professional, friendly & truly care about their patients. They stay on top of equipment maintenance & respond quickly when problems arise, regardless of the hour.
