My mother passed away on March 22. I have been calling this company beginning the Monday after her death and visited the Salisbury office on Tower Drive personally with two witnesses to have the supplies picked up. I was suppose to get a call from the company to pick them up; but no response. I am going to be reviewing the bills for the service on Medicare. If charges show up on her account, I am going to notify Medicare of fraud. I have phone of history of calls made and witnesses.
Do NOT get your medical supplies or DME here. My husband was told by AHP rep that his device would be an outright purchase. However, he continues to receive monthly bills, after paying $800+ for device up-front. AHP does NOT provide ANYTHING, but is charging a monthly “fee”. Local manager & corporate manager (Chad, I believe) were contacted more than once. As well as local rep (Mike). All assured us that it would be corrected & we would be called back.
