I have tried to cancel this service for almost 2 years now. They have been fraudulently billing Medicaid and now are billing me almost 2 years after canceling the service. Their customer service reps are some of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. I am at my wits end with trying to get them to cancel and pick up their equipment. I have contacted the Medicaid fraud department and filed a report and I have also made a formal complaint on the BBB website.
