Called number referenced in a letter at least 6x in 3 days, waited 45 minutes for a rep each time, with no response. Finally called a number to order supplies (of course they answered and they switched me to a local office). I had medical issues (bronchitis and pneumonia) that kept me from using my CPAP for two months, now American HomePatient says they must take a vital piece of medical equipment back from me and I must start with a new sleep test, etc. Real concern for the patient here NOT. I was given my cpap just over one year ago. I have never been fitted properly and while lip service may be given to complaints, assistance is not forthcoming. I am fed up! Plus, if you need supplies on one occasion at a different address, thereafter you are never sure where the supplies will be sent even if you are assured by their rep of the correct address as well as having supplies which were not ordered sent to the wrong address and when delivered being asked to pay the postage due for the forwarding.
