I'm on the 4th call (note: the wait time on each call has been exorbitant) with this company over a week to pick an oxygen machine; each time I am promised the machine will be picked up by the next day day, but it never happens. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I neither have the time or energy to deal with this inefficiency.
