I highly recommend American Home Patient for your oxygen needs. The staff is curtious and very friendly. Every time I order my supplies thru phone, they have my supplies ready to go so I can pick up. They offer other services at their Harlingen office, but I just use their oxygen supplies.
Unauthorized charges when told not to bill.
Never answers the phone. Has called in the morning and afternoon, all calls go UNANSWERED. Being charged for EQUIPMENT we turned in. The male in the facility, unprofessional. Someone hire a receptionist that actually answers the phone and gives good information. Because the one time someone answered we got the "we'll call you back." & nothing............. Continuing to be charged is theft & dishonest.

The staff were very nice n helpful. Were very friendly n when I had a question n needed to see them , they right away set up appointment to help with any questions or issues. I would recommend them for any equipment you may need.
