Tried to contact them for replacement C-pap supplies and encountered a curt and rude representative. I thought maybe they had a bad day, so I asked my doctor's team to contact them for me. They reported that the rep was aloof, defensive and unhelpful. Why would you have a company where your representatives are hostile to their customers?
