Very friendly and helpful staff.
The service from this Company is a Horrible - not the local office but the main office in TN They have yet to do what they say they will do Never call back when promised and after a month of trying to get a new machine i do not have a complete usable CPAP machine - use another provider if your insurance allows
Rushed instructions then the company didn't return prescribing dr's (2) or clinician's (3) requests for information. Nor did they return my phone calls (2). Cannot recommend them at all.
Not all that good. Sounds good to start off but, not responsive to patients requests. I had a doctors prescription for a new device and it was notated as soon as possible. I went directly to their office and was told I'd have to have an appointment. It is mostly a mail order firm and they like to do their business via the mail not the office although they can't get away from some office visits due to product complexities and supposed fitting necessities although they failed me in regards to a fitting of a CPAP mask.
