Was told someone was on my case and would call me next week. Here we are 2 weeks later and more phone calls and messages left. Horrible customer service!
Today was my 3rd call this week to them. I have not heard back from the previous calls. When I called today, they had no record of the two previous calls. It's a shame that this is the only company in the area that I have to deal with. Hey, maybe that's why they are so rude, because there is no other company in the area.
If I could give less than one star, I would. It took 7 calls over 3 days, 6 of them leaving messages via their service which were sent as urgent. When I spoke to the store manager, her response confirmed she had received the messages, but "I didn't get a chance to call you back". When I expressed my frustration, which did not include any assaults on her, she hung up the phone. I called back and asked for a number to make a complaint, she gave me the number to her call center. The worst. My mom died and I needed to return the concentration. Called at least 6 times. Reps take information and say someone will call back and they never do. They call and do not leave voice mail messages. When you call back you can't reach the caller and the receptionists mail box is full. The worst customer service process.
They are double billing. Watch your bill. I am sending the cpap back and finding a new company.
