Lana has been helpful for the past 12+ years to me and now she has helped my wife. My wife’s insurance company sent us to a different provider for CPAP machine. After two visits she was still having issues and the staff at that provider was not were caring. Lana helped her change our ability to use her and one visit was wonderful and everything went smoothly.
Great service from Lana!!! She provided useful information and was patient with me.
Casey Bell from the Houston, Texas American Home Office met me at the Conroe, Texas American Home Patient Office on December 26, 2024 and helped me acquire a new sleep apnea machine before the year ended. I feel as if Casey Bell went above and beyond with helping me obtain my new machine very quickly over the Christmas Holidays and I am very grateful for her wonderful customer service she provided for me.
Excellent customer service and and very good delivery person, couldn't be any better. It's a pleasure to be attended by Ana and Manuel. They do save the days.
I received my CPAp from here. Excellent service I recommend here. Picked up my equipment. Rate 5 stars November 20th my SD card was picked up by Lana that is over the Cpap machines to see why my hours of usage is not recording correctly but now it's Friday and I have not used my machine waiting for her. I'm not happy about this. This company needs to do better. Rate 1 start
