Place is nice, people are just as nice. Picked up my machine, was highly informed on the process of using said machine. Very impressed and happy to have my INR machine. Thank you Lana

This is the worse supply company that I have ever had to deal with. I have been waiting almost a month just on trach supplies for my daughter. Customer service and communication with this company is AWFUL!! If we could change companies we would. Unfortunately this is the only company for the health insurance that she has.
