american home patient has the worst customer service and orders are always mixed up and then you are overcharged
Request for pickup of oxygen tanks and concentrator submitted 4 weeks ago. Still no pickup. I called at least 6 times with no results.
Received supplies I did not order, returned them at my own expense, and was repeatedly harassed by bill collectors for over a year despite my proof of return, registered mail receipt, and pictures of items returned, unopened and in the original boxes. Repeatedly advised by American Home Patient representatives and collection agents that "there was nothing they could do about it." Would not advise anyone to get services from this company.
