Had my new concentrator delivered today by Gerald. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with sitting it up. He made sure I had new hoses and a connector that I ask for. I really appreciate all his help.
On the 11th of December, I believe the man's name was Gerald, came to my home from the Collinsville location. He was delivering a new oxygen generator. He was very friendly, helpful and considerate.
