Gave them a 1 because it doesn’t go any lower. This company should be shut down. I feel sorry for anyone that needs medical equipment and this is the company responsible for delivering it.

Can I give them no stars? Forced to use them by insurance, they are consistently disorganized. Crossing my fingers they will be able to bring oxygen for my mother so she doesn't die. They suck!
No call back for an 88 year old with COPD and currently has tanks through American Home Patient. No option offered for portable oxygen. And on last if 4 tanks.
