Very helpful and very polite
Always kind. Explain everything very well. On time with deliveries. Go out of the way to ensure working equipment.
I have and use a his company but it’s very hard to get a hold of this company to order and have my medical devise fixed, I been trying to contact them since October to have my machine and even their call center has put me on a do not help I was told by one of their own which is dumb so I was forced to contact my insurance and find. A different location to get my devices fixed and or delivered
I cane on the wrong day by mistake and they worked me in. They were great!
I have had great experiences with American Home Patient. They are very customer oriented and truly care about their patients needs. They are very efficient in pick ups and delivery. I would recommend them to anyone needing oxygen and supplies. Chris my delivery guy is awesome !! So are the gals in the office.
