I have used this company before and it was great,but now that it is owned by Lincare the customer service went done the tubes. My wife needed a portable oxygen generator and the parent company Lincare refused to fill a prescription that the doctor sent in. they said that the reimbursement from BC/BS was to low and they wouldn't do it. I asked on two occasions to speak to the manager and she would not call me back.
