A new company took over this company recently .I just received my CPAP bill for the past 3 months. 3 pillows and 1 appliance device. Total price over 500 dollars. I searched the web and found the pillows alone around 19 compared to 70 from this company.
Honestly would give no stars but don't have a choice. If you need a cpap provider do not go here, find somewhere else. Ok, my husband started in Sept. 2016, the first mask (nose only) he got with the machine didn't work out so in November (his 3 months), he requested a different one (full face), that one didn't work for him either because there was a piece under his nostrils that was making him sore, so when February came he asked for a full face that did not have that piece. My CPAP machine fell off my night stand last Tuesday. When it fell the hose broke off where it fits into the unit. I immediately called the following day (Wednesday) to order a new one. I was told it wouldn't go out til Thursday but they would overnight it and I would definitely have the part by Friday. Tomorrow will be 5 days since I reported the incident and I still DO NOT have the new piece and cannot use my CPAP machine. Terrible place! If you have a choice do not go here. My cpap works great but they have terrible customer service and I have had nothing but billing issues ever since I got my unit. The employees tell you one thing and you get your bill which says another. You can’t even get a hold of anyone most of the time because they don’t know how to pick up the phone. I may just have to return the unit and go elsewhere.
Subpar medical service, I am currently on hold forever!!! They were supposed to call me when supplies were due, and instead I am calling in for the first time, they won't schedule a time to call you, you have to sit on hold during business hours for them to tell you they aren't able to handle what you need... I am three months overdue on supplies, this is unacceptable and they seriously need to review how they are treating patients.
