I can't say enough good about this company. Always polite, professional and kind. I forgot to order replacement tanks last week. They made a special trip just for my Mother. The people are so caring. 5 stars

To start, the personnel at Gainesville are either just bad, or they do not know, or respect, patient rights. I went in person to ask for my sleep test to give to my doctor. They refused to give me my sleep test results It here was a half star, I would given them just that.

DID NOT MASK UP DURING THE PANDEMIC !!! Not much more you need to say about a place supposedly involved in health care. Now part of Lincare, the most aggressive and arguably fraudulent company I've ever come across. Calls almost daily to replace supplies that I am not eligible to replace for MONTHS -- but sure as hell stopped calling when I said I'd report them to Medicare and wanted to talk to a supervisor. Have to wonder how many forgetful seniors they're conning into getting supplies they're not qualified for.

Very unprofessional. They do not have time to help you with your issue if it seems to complicated for them. Apperantly they have to many patients. Save your time go with someone else.
