I read these reviews before I went in to get my machine - so I recorded the whole thing. Yep, I recorded it. And sure enough, they told me I owed nothing, zero. They said "you're covered" and one person confirmed with another. That was about two months ago. Got a bill last week for $400 and another one today for $350. Enjoy!
I've been waiting a week for a call back from this office to try out a new CPAP mask and nothing yet. When I call the local number I get the AHP office in Tennessee. I had similar problems with the AHP office in Virginia.

LIAR, LIARS...THEIR PANTS ON FIRE!!! When my husband asked what will be his final payment after insurance coverage they told him he would only need to pay around $544 total. After sending first payment and not receiving the refill supplies, my husband calls to follow up and he is told he needs to make 13 payments of $144 for a total of $1,872.
