Poor customer service and very unprofessional! I call the doctor office that did the testing for my machine and I explained my situation. They refer me to home patient, so I call and an appointment set. So, I arrive with my daughter at the Newport News location. Upon, entering the lobby area, we are approached by a lady who acted as she didn’t realize she had an appointment at 1:30pm. So, she asks who I am and what I was here for? . Horrible service. Rude and unhelpful. Unprofessional on both local and national lines. Unconcerned with patient care and quality. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Stay away. Don’t bother driving 2 hours to their location that SAYS it is open online. It probably isn’t open.
I didn't want to give them 1 star even. The person assigned to me was nasty, nasty.
