We worked with them when we were selling our home, months went by and I realized that the house was still in my name, so I contacted our recorders office and they were never sent a new deed so for months now the home was still deeded to my ex husband and I. Would have went unnoticed if it wasn’t for me because apparently no new deed was ever made, and our file was put away in the files that are already done and submitted even tho ours was not. Very unhappy, very unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone.
