Terrible company. Have no customer service. Managers are so rude, wont solve issues and direct you to go the hospital not caring how much that be for you. I had a nightmare month with them and then because I called to complain & elevate my concerns they dropped me. Be your own advocate, they want you to sit at home under their mercy not caring if you have infections or issues. They don’t care one bit. Do yourself a favor and use some one else. Horrible company
This company lacks basic customer service skills of communication and follow up. Had to make multiple calls to get status updates. Home Health nurse does not do any real assessment and does not show any caring, empathy or compassion to patient or the family. Sad representation of the company. Better to look else where, I would not recommend them.
This is such a great company they are so professional and the service is amazing. Recommend them 100%
