This is a HORRIBLE company!! I would Highly recommend using an alternate company. ( I have only used Apria before, and they were great.) I had to switch companies as I started going to a different doctor. AHC has given me numerous issues. I have to call once a month to refill my order or they refills will not be sent. This is more of an inconvenience issue but if you forget to order, then you might be waiting if a mask breaks or you run out of filters. It is very sad that after many calls and several emails sent, NOBODY has at least the courtesy to answer me back. So ... very poor Customer service sadly, they are providing and selling supplies for the health of the people, even worse. I'm one of his customers for almosst 4 years, imagine!!!!!
