Extremely poor customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor because my home has no hot water and I have children and ill parties. The vendor they gave the claim to at 9am had not even looked at it at 3pm. When I finally reached him on the phone, He stated it would be at least Monday before he would even contact me. I called AHS back to request it be given to another company and I was told no. They do not count the weekend for service and this vendor has until Tuesday to contact me.
