I was having problems with my A/C so on the recommendation of a friend I called American Home, about a hour later Jason arrived at my home and went to work on the unit in the basement. Jason told me it looked like I might need a new A/C, but he still had a few more things to check. Called for air conditioning repair of noisy out door unit operation. They came the next day at the agreed upon time. Had a replacment part in stock on the service truck. Pulled the outdoor unit completly apart for cleaning and inspection. Cleaned cotton wood seeds from the coils. replaced capicitor on start sequence. runs quieter and cools better after this was done. What an experience! Our heat went out on a Saturday morning and AHS went far above our expectations in handling our situation. I felt like Chris was a buddy of mine asking for all the details of what we were experiencing, all the way down to the diagnosis of the specific part! They were able to source that part from a warehouse that was closed, promptly and proactively notified us about cost to do so, and most importantly had the heat repaired by 3pm that same day! Just had the best experience with Jason!! He came to help with non-functioning AC and I am so grateful. He came less than 2 hours after my initial call, he explained everything, he stuck with the issue until he knew for sure it was resolved.
