What a HORRIBLE customer service experience and I didn't even contact them! She contacted me! Today I got a missed call while I was on a work call asking for my average water bill. Given I rent and live in Minnesota, I called back and asked to clarify. Susan (I'm assuming it was Susan) first told me she didn't call (she did, I have the transcript and the call log), then she said she was trying to contact a realtor (I'm a teacher), and THEN she treated me like I was shit on her shoe for calling her back! Our experience with American Home Sales was limited to dealing with Susan Vujnovich. We sought out her experience to sell our home as she was recommended by word of mouth. I regret wasting our time and efforts in working with her. In my opinion she is rude, brash and not someone to hire as an agent. Without explanation Mrs. Vujnovich "resigned" from our listing and still refuses to provide an explanation nor answer phone calls to seek clarification of why she behaved in such an unprofessional manner.
