Unresponsive to phone calls and getting oversupplied. Don’t use this location when getting medical supplies
Ive tried calling this place 10 times today because i was given a referral to get durable medical equipment, never can get a hold of anybody at the actual store or anybody at all, been waiting 21 minutes as of right now and no one answers the phone. Anybody in the Killeen, Texas area if you get a referral to this place for anything, please call tricare and get a different durable medical supplier referral as you will not get anywhere calling this company.
Kim was so helpful and informative! As a first time Cpap user, I left with no questions unanswered. I feel comfortable and well informed prior to starting therapy today.
