I applied for the American home life insurance and Vincent Knowles missed lead me so I’ve been asking him to cancel my life insurance policy plan and he said that he can’t so I called and spoke with someone else and he said that Vincent Knowles was able to cancel it and I told Vincent that he was able to cancel that life insurance policy so i called the bank and they told me that if the American home life insurance company would take out the money they would put a claim against the company and also I’m going to talk with my ... read more
I'm sure this company is wonderful to deal with when it comes to claims and customer service when the customer reaches out, but when it's flipped and suddenly they want to review your profile and try and change your plan almost every month? I have blocked at least six numbers so far and will continue to do so if you do not leave me alone, especially when you primarily contact the secondary on the account! Your employees call and insist on meetings at the most inconvenient times to go over an account where nothing has changed... read more
People, please do your homework before signing up with some of these “not true to their word” companies! After speaking with my mortgage person, I should have done my homework! When I called this individual back from this life insurance company , I told him with my husband being present that we are not interested and would like our refund, please? This joker debited our account the next few days! I will never fool with this company again, nor any other life insurance company except for the ones that I already have! :(
