Very confusing. Its been 3 weeks since the packet has not been sent. Poor service
I wrote a bad review and it did not get posted.
If you are an agent... beware I have had multiple clients lost due to this company. They say 1-2 days underwriting and its more like 1-2 weeks. They "lost" an application i submitted due to "technical" errors even tho it submitted and went through I had to find out after I coudln't find my client on my portal.. I will be avoiding them. They have good prices and good insurance for customers, but for agents.. Just no
