Mark Johns knows basically nothing about basements, and overlooked cracked walls in my basement. He did not check to see if the foundation walls were bowing. When I asked him about the cracks in the wall during his inspection, he told me it was simply the paint cracking and nothing to worry about, and reported that there are no cracks in my walls and that there was no movement in any of the walls.
