My son and I had been experiencing headaches and dizziness in our home. There was also a musty smell coming from the basement. I called Chris and he came WITHIN THE HOUR to do some tests and do an inspection! I was very pleased with his prompt response, professionalism, and detailed assessment. I will be calling again. Had a pest inspection done for the home i was in contract with. I was told there was no evidence of pest. After moving in 2 weeks after that inspection i saw at least 27 carpenter ants, and a dead mouse in the attic. Very disappointed in this service would not recommend.
