Mason was able to quickly schedule a home inspection after a family member passed away and we needed to sell the house. He was thorough, patient, and answered questions after the report was issued. He found an issue that could have been a deal stopper and advised us how to fix several other smaller/annoying problems, that will help maximize value.

I called Mason for a water test quote and he took the time to walk me through my options. He even helped me find my old town results. Long story short is that he didn’t try and sell me when he could have, he took the time to be a good person and help me out. Honesty is hard to come by, give him a call for your home needs knowing you won’t be taken advantage of. Thank you Mason.

Mason was able to fit our inspection in with literally 2 hours notice on a house that is in a very competitive situation right now! Our other inspector cancelled and he was able to drive over within 2 hours to save us. He was super knowledgeable and able to give us so much info - we are new home buyers so very clueless haha. Please No one use this company!! Before finalizing an offer in a house . They told me boiler was in good condition -it’s not need to be replaced. They told me 5 more years on roofs-it’s not , leaking and needs to be replaced with ALL plywood . They told me siding is good for a while. It’s a disaster with which house having to be resheathed and new siding! They told me that baseboard pipes underground are okay. It’s not , it’s leaking .
