Jim and Debbie Webster are among the most thorough and professional home inspectors I work with. Jim crawls in the tightest places to make sure he gets to every accessible area. I don't know an inspector who has not made a mistake or missed something at some point. I strongly recommend these folks.
Beware! If you are a renter, ask that the information be given to both you and the owner at the same time. The information that was stated to us conflicted with the report given to the owner of the home. Thankfully, we had an understanding owner who was gracious in letting us move out of the home, due to the mold problem causing health concerns with our children.
