Mark was very polite and easy to work with. He provided a detailed and helpful report for the things he noticed. I struggle to recommend his inspection services due to the nature of some of the things that were not noticed. I know that no inspector can catch everything, but some of the things missed were very dangerous. The home he inspected for us is a historic home, and I think that may have been the reason for why he didn't catch some of the unusual things. Mark was very nice and found many issues with the exterior of the home. Unfortunately, he did not notice multiple interior issues which resulted in over $15k of unexpected repairs. Potential homeowners beware: Most of these positive reviews are from realtors. He is great for them because his friendliness and dishonesty helps them close deals.
