Mark was very nice and found many issues with the exterior of the home. Unfortunately, he did not notice multiple interior issues which resulted in over $15k of unexpected repairs. Potential homeowners beware: Most of these positive reviews are from realtors. He is great for them because his friendliness and dishonesty helps them close deals.
