I have used this company for over 20 years and have always been pleased until this past year.I had them install a new Lennox heat pump system summer of 2020.. I have been dissatisfied from day one with its performance. They have been out multiple times with no resolution.. however as of September 2021 they are not returning my multiple calls or even answering the phone.I am now going to another vendor hoping for a resolution. At this point I am assuming they are out of business.
This company was referred to me by a relative. I called and state my issue and was told no problem we can come out and fix it that same day. I have a clogged condensation drain. The went into the attic and attempted to blow out the pipe. Brain said it was clogged and asked when the drain pipe was connected....it was under the sink in the bathroom. He replaced a 3 inch section of white pvc with a clear piece underneath the bathroom sink. ***** told me this should fix the clog and the draining condensation on my back porch wou... read more
