Extremely unprofessional experience. The receptionist was rude and dismissive over the phone. My supervisor initially called and the interaction was so unpleasant she had to end the call. I was then asked to call myself and encountered the same rude behavior. It’s concerning that someone with this demeanor is responsible for answering phones and representing the company. First impressions matter, and this was a very poor one.
Idk who the black lady was that answered the phone but you have a nasty attitude! I called to get some help for my child and the way you responded to me was highly unprofessional and your attitude SUCKS! Uncalled for and I told you nevermind because you seem to have a attitude, then hung up. I will never recommend anyone to your services.
