My Neighbor and friend is terminally ill. This company was referred to him by the Vetrans Hospital. He is supposed to get 2 hours of help from the aid. She stayed for one hour and announced that she was leaving. My Neighbor then suggested that she ask if he would need anything else before announcing she is leaving. I had to very unpleasant incidents were 2 of the aides dropped my father, one of the incidents he was injured and bleeding and did not inform me has the primary caretaker. The agency waited until I saw the wounds and waited for me to call to make a compliant. Another incident was an aide dropped my father on to a chair without any form of support which caused my father many days of pain where he was not able to walk.
